Many of you visiting this page already know what the Fireflies Family is to me. But for those of you that are new to my story and this mission, keep reading.

A pivotal part of my life twas losing my mom to lung cancer in 2019. And in December of 2024, I also lost my dad to prostate cancer. There are no words for watching the two people who I could only ever imagine as superheroes leave this earth. I have lived my worst fear and wake up to it again day after day.

However, I believe the things we go through in life are meant for a greater purpose. Whether that is to inspire others to keep going, help heal from losses, or show support through trials. For me, Fireflies gives that greater purpose. It takes something dark and shines light on it.

This March I will begin my 4th Fireflies Patagonia tour with people who have also faced difficult life-changing moments. We will ride together to heal, celebrate, mourn, reflect, and inspire, as we trek over 1,000 kilometers in the valleys and mountains of Patagonia.

The Fireflies Patagonia mission is to fundraise $50,000 USD during this tour for a children's treatment center in Santiago, Chile.
